2007-2008 STANDARD HOME WATCH SERVICES
- Make sure all doors and windows are locked and not leaking
- Make sure all blinds are down and closed
- Flush all toilets and run all sinks (brush bowls before owner arrival)
- Check for leaks under all sinks and around toilets
- Make sure lights are off (or timer set to homeowners request)
- Check refrigerators (please remove all perishables prior to service start date)
- Check ice makers for leaks
- Water indoor plants (once per week)
- Visually check grounds for pests and fallen or dead plants
- Pick up newspapers if needed (inform homeowner to cancel subscription)
- Make sure thermostat control is set at homeowners desired temperature
- Check for indoor pests
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Maintain water level in pool and fountains
- A.C. filter replacement monthly (or at homeowners desire)
- Check irrigation systems for proper functioning and settings
- Sweep front patio and entry area monthly and prior to homeowner arrival
SPECIALTY SERVICES
- Alarm control for monitoring service (check house if alarm is activated)
- Present for deliveries, grounds maintenance, and repairs (indoor and outdoor)
- Schedule & supervise maid service prior to homeowner arrival
- Light shopping prior to homeowner arrival (i.e. bread, milk, water, etc.)
- Mail pick up if homeowners is out of town for 2 weeks or less (must have at least twice per week visits for this service. Minimum charge 1 month service)
- Storm watch visits (check house after severe storm)

SPECIALTY SERVICES
Alarm control and monitoring visits (police will be notified on every alarm prior to Manor Minders arrival).
All other services (except shopping) are based on an hourly rate while on the premises. Start and stop times will be provided along with a receipt.
Light shopping is per hour plus cost of supplies (1 hour min.).
