Our staff follows a curriculum and uses positive reinforcement to motivate and inspire students to appreciate their love for performing and the art of dance. Many of our students have progressed to dance professionally, win National titles, appear in print and commercial ads, movies, videos and are represented by local model/talent agencies.

Center Stage Academy’s Performing Arts courses are offered at all levels, from beginner to professional. We believe that children can gain great benefits as well as great pleasure from great dance training , whether or not a career is the goal. Most importantly CSA offers a FUN & creative atmosphere and continues to teach our students that hard work produces great achievement.  We Offer Classes in the Following Performing Arts:


For Ages 6 & Under:

  • Ballet/Tap Combo and/or Ballet/Acro Combo
  • Modeling/Acting (ages 5 and up)
  • Mini Cheerleading (Cheer/Tumble Combo) 1 hr per wk (ages 3-6)

Adult Classes

  • Hip Hop • Ballroom/Latin
  • Pilates • Jazz


For Ages 6 & Over:

  • Ballet • Jazz • Tap • Pointe • Lyrical
  • Ballroom/Latin
  • Acrobatics • Hip Hop • Boy’s Hip Hop

  We Offer a Creative Alternative for After School Care:

We offer an After School Dance Program in our beautiful, large 4,500+ sq. ft. facility, which has three performing arts studios, and a playroom/study room.

Our After School Program includes:
·       Performing arts training for 1 hour each day (includes 5 classes of their choice)
·       Supervised Homework Session & Snack
·       Structured Activities/Games/Arts & Crafts
·       Transportation from qualifying schools

Upon arrival at our studio, the children check-in, get dressed out in their dance uniforms, eat a snack provided by CSA, have a daily study/homework period and then begin their daily 1 hour performing arts class (picked up by 6:30 pm).
This is a week-to-week program and if the student is out a week just let us know and you do not have to pay. Three days constitutes a full week. Call our studio to see if your school qualifies for transportation.

 Competitive Elite Dance Company--- 2007 National Champs!  

Become a CSA Company Member!Our award winning Competitive CSA Dance Company is for the most serious dancers and is open for audition upon recommendation and evaluation by our staff. Our Elite CSA Company competes in regional and national dance competitions as well as local dance performances. Our Competitive Dance Team has won several platinum and high gold 1st place awards, as well as continuing to place top in the overalls at every competition they attended in the 2006-2007 season.

Become a CSA Company Member!This year at Starbound Competition, Center Stage received all high gold medals and placed 1st, 2nd and 5th in the top five overall of the Competition.  You may have also seen our competitive dance teams performing at Disney, Universal Studios, Orlando Magic Half Time Performance, Winter Park Parade, or a UCF Half Time Show.  CSA also offers a “Pee Wee Company” for our youngest competitors and a “Show Team” for our first time competitors.

 All-Star Cheerleading Team

Become a CSA Allstar!CSA has an All-Star Cheerleading Team that competes in local cheerleading competitions and several community performances. Our cheerleaders competed and placed 1st place overall at Jam Fest in 2006 and 2nd overall at the South West Cheer Showdown in 2007.

 CSA's Annual Dance Recital 

All of our students showcase their talents in our annual recital to be held the first weekend of June. All costumes are ordered by November to ensure a timely arrival. After completion of the recital, students are awarded with an accomplishment trophy.
 
 Model, Acting, and Talent Services

Become a CSA Cast Member!CSA students are offered Agency Assistance, Headshot Photos, and Model & Talent Workshops. Our students have the opportunity to take seminars on modeling, make-up, and receive expert advice on resume & portfolio preparation. Various Model & Talent Agencies offer our qualified students the opportunity for auditions in dance, acting, theater, voice and modeling in both print and commercial media.

During summer, CSA offers a Summer Theater Production.  Past Performances have included The Wizard of Oz and The Jungle Book.
