They call her the Dr. Doolittle of the pet-grooming world. Priscilla Brunjes and her staff, Patti Smith and Sarah DiZazzo, at All Creatures Pet Grooming, Inc. & Cat Boarding in downtown Orlando, have a special way of dealing with pets.
With a background as a veterinary technician and kennel manager, Priscilla understands the moods and temperaments of her clients. "Being a vet tech has made me a much better groomer. I understand how to handle difficult animals and calm them down in what can be a frightening situation. Also, with my years of working as a vet tech, I'm often able to notice the beginnings of an allergy, skin problem or medical condition before it gets to be serious."
At All Creatures Pet Grooming, Inc. & Cat Boarding "It is very rare that a pet needs to be sedated to be groomed," says Priscilla. "If you have an understanding of how the pets thinks, and the needs of different breeds and stages of life, you can treat every animal as an individual and tailor the grooming session to them."
In addition to her expertise with dogs, Priscilla has many award-winning show cats as her clients. Grooming a cat reduces allergens and dander and helps control shedding, which can lead to matting and skin problems. Grooming includes cleaning the ears and nail trimming, and is a good way to help with flea control and hairball reduction. All Creatures Pet Grooming, Inc. & Cat Boarding has strong ties to the Orlando community. They support various rescue and adoption groups, they work with the local schools to help educate the next generation of pet owners and their families. This caring attitude shows in their work. "Grooming doesn't feel like a job to me," says Patti Smith. "I have such a love and passion for animals that I look forward to doing it every day. There's something rewarding about seeing the same pet every week, and building a special relationship with them and their owner." "I like the different interaction with all the animals," says Sarah DiZazzo. "I touch every animal that walks in the door, and I get a huge amount of satisfaction when a client comes in to pick up their clean, happy pet. You can just tell that the animals feel better after a good grooming. Best of all, I love the kisses from all my little friends."

I'm writing this letter as an expression of gratitude. My dog Myles has been a member of the All Creatures Pet Grooming family almost 6 years. Priscilla and her staff at All Creatures are phenomenal. I've had several pets in my life and have never experienced the love, service and support that we've encountered as long time clients.
My experience has been overwhelming and well appreciated. Priscilla (aka Auntie Cilla) is the most loving and caring groomer I've had. Myles, my standard poodle, absolutely adores Priscilla. He is so comfortable with her it's unreal not to mention Priscilla spoils him to death. I can bring Myles to the groomer and not worry at all. I don't have to tell Priscilla what Myles needs, she automatically does it.
Not only is Priscilla the most reasonable groomer in town, she's very well educated about dogs and cats period. Priscilla has also worked for a veterinarian for sometime, therefore giving her even more knowledge of caring for your pets. Priscilla's passion for what she does is a blessing to me, there have been many instances where I wasn't able to pick up Myles on time, Priscilla has actually taken my dog home with her and on many occasions has picked up and dropped Myles back home during a very critical time after I had surgery. Over the years I have watched Priscilla flourish in her business and increase her staff to support the overwhelming response she's obtained from clients.
Every time I pick up Myles he looks like a King, Priscilla always has a very snazzy bandanna around his neck for any occasion. My only warning would be is that if you don't want your pet spoiled to death and loved; All Creatures isn't the place. Just one mare thing I'd like to say and that is, if your dog is lifeless and looks like he's been through a hurricane, bring them to Priscilla, she'll restore his beauty and bring him back to life.
